Lars Wester started his carrier as research engineer in a Swedish defense organization. In 1975 he moved into sales of Test&Measurements Systems. During the years Lars has held many positions in Swedish distribution companies including Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Department Manager and Managing Director .Lars has as a representative had the sales responsibility for companies like Genrad, Silvar Lisco, PCad and Valid on the Scandinavian market. His last job prior to starting up his own company was Nordic Manager for ViewLogic. Viewlogic (now Innoveda) together with MM Solutions are today his most important partners. Over the years Lars has built up a huge experience of the Scandinavian market. He knows that relationship and trust is the key to success. Lars is sure that this knowledge will also help MM Solutions and their clients to be successful in Scandinavia.
