Mission of MM Solutions:

To use the appropriate skills of European CAE/EDA industry experts to enable companies to become established or reorganized in Europe more quickly, through a dedicated approach, reducing risk in terms of initial investment and providing a smooth transition to a direct and/or distribution operation when financially justified.

Background :

MM Solutions was registered in February 1996 as a company licensed to operate legally and fiscally throughout Europe, with offices in France, Germany, Scandinavia, Israel and the UK (the Head Office). It is privately owned with no venture capital involved.

Company Strengths :

MM Solutions is staffed by marketing, engineering and administrative executives from the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry. It addresses and offers solutions to the dilemma faced by entrepreneurial companies wanting to get into Europe (how, when and where), thereby avoiding a wrong move that can be very costly, often leading to traumatic reorganization, loss of market share and delayed IPOs.
